Junior AI Technical Specialist初级 AI 游戏技术专员

Responsibilities岗位职责
  1. Dive into our existing codebase. Leverage AI coding assistants to independently troubleshoot, identify technical bottlenecks, and collaborate on effective solutions.
  2. Act as the primary tester for internal AI tool prototypes, rapidly validating features and ensuring they meet production standards.
  3. Maintain clear, structured technical documentation. Track iterations of our AI workflows and measure the tangible impact of AI implementation.
  4. Integrate cutting-edge AI tools directly into our content pipelines, supporting both engineering and narrative teams in high-volume creation.
  5. Support daily DevOps tasks including GitHub repository management, environment configuration, and application deployment.
  1. 深度参与并理解现有业务代码架构，利用 AI 编程助手独立定位技术难点并跟进解决方案。
  2. 作为技术验证枢纽，快速对内部孵化的各类 AI 原型工具进行功能测试与效果评估。
  3. 负责技术文档的沉淀与规范化，追踪 AI 辅助生产的工作流迭代，并进行量化分析。
  4. 将前沿 AI 工具无缝嵌入游戏内容生成的实际管线中，协助策划与技术团队完成高效的内容创作。
  5. 协助维护代码仓库（GitHub）、优化 CI/CD 部署流程以及开发环境的日常配置。
Requirements任职要求
  1. Solid foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript). You should be able to read and trace complex logic independently, without relying entirely on AI.
  2. A sharp eye for spotting bugs and logic errors, coupled with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to senior developers.
  3. Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git version control and basic CI/CD or deployment processes.
  4. Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT) for coding or advanced content generation.
  5. Excellent technical writing and organizational skills.
  6. Bonus: Background in QA automation, technical writing, or experience working formally as a Prompt Engineer.

  5. 具备极强的文档素养与复盘能力。
