Senior User Acquisition (UA) Manager资深海外买量专家 (UA)

Responsibilities岗位职责
  1. Independently manage massive UA budgets to drive user acquisition across NA, EU, and SEA markets. Master channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and key ad networks (e.g., AppLovin), taking total ownership of volume and ROAS.
  2. Formulate precise, phased buying strategies and budget allocations. Expertly utilize advanced bidding models (AEO, VO) and dynamically adjust tactics based on real-time traffic pulses.
  3. Build a lightning-fast 'UA-Creative' feedback loop. Use data to direct the creative team, keenly spot competitors' breakout trends, and aggressively scale budgets once a winning formula is validated.
  4. Look beyond front-end spend. Integrate in-game retention, monetization metrics, and LTV to aggressively optimize the entire commercial funnel for maximum ROI.

  4. 不仅看前端消耗，更能结合游戏内留存、付费渗透与 LTV 等后端商业化指标，进行全链路的 ROI 极限压榨与漏斗调优。
Requirements任职要求
  1. Battle-tested, independent media buying experience for global games. Deep understanding of the unwritten rules and underlying algorithms of the NA/EU/SEA UA ecosystems.
  2. Hyper-rational and religiously data-driven. You possess rigorous logical deduction skills; you don't spend a dime on intuition. Every campaign has clear data backing and a specific testing hypothesis.
  3. Sharp instinct for creative conversion. Even if you don't design, you can translate cold, hard data into actionable directives for the art team to produce viral hits.
  4. A highly aggressive, self-driven mentality. You are ravenous for metric growth, thrive under pressure, and want to build a legacy in a fast-paced startup.
  5. Bonus: A technical UA. You can write Python scripts to scrape competitor data or expertly use AI tools to automate multilingual ad copy and report analysis.
