Responsibilities岗位职责
  1. Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for content quality. Review and approve English micro-dramas and interactive scripts generated entirely by our AI engine.
  2. Perform deep script auditing to fine-tune emotional tension, pacing, and plot twists. Ensure all dialogue feels completely native and authentic to Western audiences.
  3. Keep a pulse on the cultural zeitgeist of the North American and European mass markets, ensuring our content delivers high commercial viability and hits the right psychological hooks.
  4. Deconstruct viral hits to extract underlying narrative formulas. Work directly with our AI engineers to feed these templates back into our LLMs, continually improving generation quality.
  5. Monitor trends across top global short-drama and interactive storytelling platforms to provide strategic, forward-looking content recommendations.

Requirements任职要求
  1. 3-5 years as a Lead Editor for global web fiction, Lead Writer for overseas micro-dramas, or Narrative Director for Western-facing interactive games. A portfolio featuring global viral hits will put you at the front of the line.
  2. Flawless English intuition. You are deeply immersed in Western pop culture, internet slang, and have an uncompromising standard for localization.
  3. Massive content consumption habits. You possess an almost predatory instinct for what makes mass-market content addictive and monetizable.
  4. A product-manager mindset towards content. You embrace AI workflows and thrive in a high-throughput environment of reviewing and refining scripts.
  5. Crisp, logical communication skills. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with both hardcore technical engineers and global publishing teams.
  1. 3-5 年出海网文主编、微短剧核心编剧或女性向互动游戏剧情主策经验；操盘过海外爆款项目者享有绝对优先权。
  2. 极其出色的英语语感，深度沉浸于欧美流行文化及网络生态，对本土化审美有近乎苛刻的要求。
