Finance Manager / Finance BP财务经理 / 财务 BP（出海方向）

Responsibilities岗位职责
  1. Partner closely with our global publishing team. Reconcile daily ad spend and revenue from international payment gateways, building financial dashboards to guide executive decisions.
  2. Manage cross-border capital flows. Ensure all international supply chain settlements, remittances, and foreign exchange operations are fully compliant while mitigating tax risks.
  3. Lead corporate finance initiatives including capital injections, SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) registrations, and ODI approvals, optimizing our multinational tax structure.
  4. Handle full-cycle accounting and tax filings for our domestic entities. Coordinate monthly with our Singaporean corporate secretary and auditors to ensure timely statutory reporting.
  5. Prepare comprehensive consolidated financial statements and operational analyses for external auditors and investors.
  1. 深入出海发行业务一线，每日核对海外广告渠道及支付网关的账单流水，构建核心财务指标看板以支撑管理层决策。
  2. 统筹境内外资金链路，确保跨国供应链结算、跨境打款及结汇操作的合法合规，把控整体税务与外汇风险。
  3. 主导境内主体的实缴出资、外管局备案及 ODI 审批流程，协助搭建并优化跨国公司的底层财税架构。
  4. 负责境内主体全盘账务及税务申报；每月整理海外单据，对接新加坡本地企业秘书及审计机构，完成年度法定合规流程。
  5. 定期输出高质量的合并财务报表与业务分析报告，从容应对外部审计与投资人的投后数据披露需求。
Requirements任职要求
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  2. 3-5+ years of full-cycle accounting or Finance Business Partner experience within global gaming, e-commerce, or tech.
  3. Deep expertise in both Chinese and international tax regulations. Hands-on experience with ODI filings, SAFE compliance, and global cash management.
  4. Highly data-driven with a strong understanding of User Acquisition (UA) financial models. You know how to translate numbers into business strategy.
  5. Professional working proficiency in English. Comfortable reviewing English commercial contracts and collaborating seamlessly with global partners.
  6. High integrity and discretion. Experience building financial systems from the ground up is a strong plus.
  1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等对口专业。
  2. 3-5 年以上出海游戏、跨境电商或跨国互联网企业全盘财务/财务 BP 经验。
  3. 精通中国及主流海外市场的财税政策，具备 ODI 备案、外管局合规及跨国资金池管理的实战经验。
  4. 极强的数据洞察力，熟稔海外买量（UA）的财务核算模型，能将冰冷的数据转化为业务行动指南。
  5. 英语可作为工作语言，能独立审阅全英文商业合同与财务报告，跨国沟通无障碍。
  6. 具备搭建从 0 到 1 财务体系经验者优先，对数据保密及职业操守有极高标准。
